With over 3 decades of great experience in business technology environments (IT & OT, Operational Technology) and a passion for Managing Service - whether Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Customer Experience (CXP), Operations Strategy & Management and Transformation Programme direction, I love to spearhead growth and change when focused around the customer.
My experience has been varied and includes CXO executive advisory, consulting, interim, project & line management experience in large, medium and small organisations, private and public in IT, Digital, Telecoms, other Technology industries, Transport, Food and Drinks Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy. I have worked for or with companies such as National Grid, Telefonica O2, BP, Diageo, EON, Unilever, Vodafone, Colt, Serco, Thorn EMI, Securicor, Transport for London. And often alongside partners such as Capgemini, Accenture, KPMG, IBM, Logica CGI, HP and software vendors such as ServiceNow & BMC.
I have specialised in Service Strategy & Architecture, Servitization (XaaS - Everything-as-a-Service), Customer Success, Target Operating Models (TOM), Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Customer Service Managaement, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Field Service Management (FSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Data Lifecycle Management, Business IT platforms - but all from the perspective of Service!
I also have several years digital start-up experience as CEO for UK jobs board for MBA students & graduates.
I have an MBA from Henley Business School on top of a first degree in Electronic Engineering and I am looking for organisations who truly want to outstrip others, disrupt the norm and excel at serving their customers.
